I da kom delarna..äntligen. Efter en långtids väntan kom mitt nya chassi, FT diffar osv...massa lull,men får se om ja hiner göra iordning den. Nu har ja startat med Ansmann trucken, inte sj chassit utan kolfiber delarna :)

Not sure really what to wright...just thought i should do something...I got a confirm from Amainhobbies that my order is shipped, it was shipped with USPS envelope, easy shipping method.12 days or upp to 60!! they said, now that aint so funny, but maybe this is the darkside to be cheep...i have used this shipping method erlier and it took some time, maybe i have no need to be nervous about ?

I hope my conrad.se order will be shipped asap, what i understand they have warehouse in Germany and app 7 days will be the shipping..i ordered them Sunday, maybe mid next week ?

Ansmann truck...the Macnum, the cheap and non Pro kit. They are so cheap i bought 2 of them. one for spare ;) and tons of other spares and hopups from lph.com and tcm.net. I think i handled right, i bought some hopups like

All hopups are orginal stuff. most of them...

::-::Rear T-Plate, this is one of the best hopups besides the shocks. made of carbonfibre.

::-::Front and rear arm holder, made of alu, with a optional brass weight in front.

::-::Pro motormount, the stock as they say are made of cheese :).....

::-::Pro Alu Hex, no need for them, just abling "nice feeling" :)

Other stuff that i think will ge tthis truck from ok to real good :)

::-::Lunsford titanium turnbuckle kit for the RC10T4 truck.. even if the stock one will hold up, this is a thing i wanted to upgrade...

::-::RPM heavyduty ballcups...blue for lookl and strength :)

::-:: Losi shocks, now this is the biggest improvment on this truck...the Losi shocks are well known as one of the best, but i think the new AE ones is real nice...but since i have a lot of Losi shock parts i made the choice, i will stick to Losi. I had 4 shock house in my sparebox, so i had only to complement with 0.9 front house to this one. Besides this, i took 4 cartridge, new shockshafts,Blue spring in front and internal springs. i have been driving with the internals for app 2-3 ears now and it is a big improvment on on-powa..the steering is still here, and under brake, this is a new thing, internal on rears...they give me more stabel car under braking.

The TCmodels.net order were shiped put today, and i hope it arrives end next week..same with Losipartshouse.com. Holiday is here soon, and there will not be any driving on that at all.. I am not sure if i even have the time to get the new 2wd Truck race ready before it. I do hope so, still no sign of the order before this one from LPH.com...

TCmodels.net order är skeppad, o lika så me Losi partshouse...hoppas de kommer nästa vecka nu o samma med bilarna...Den förra ordern från lph.com har varit på vift, ja beställde den tyvärr i samma veva som USA tror ja fick en del strul me flyget gällande Vuökanen på Island...dock tog ja snigelposten...iof inte hela världen, de va et extra chassi, 2 FT kuldiffar o lite kulhandskar o remmar,spur...inget ja har haft sönder men det skulle kännas skänt o ha delar.

Snart ere semester, fy 17 va skönt!!..inge RC på 3 veckor..skall bara vara o mysa me familjen.

Se om allt gällande trucksattsningen hinner dyka upp, den kommer inte o stressas fram...

RC18B2 - Practice number 3 Saturday 22/5

Short report is here for the moment, no pics guys, so sorry..

I was realy tense to test the new tappered pistons and the new "astro turf tires" DOT3 from TOPCAD..they look like Losi Steppin, but the feelin in the rubber is Schumacher...

Since i had not drilled my pistons same as the stock (not sure why??) i had the feeling that thsi could be little bumpy...

Well, we have steering...and then we have the DOT3 tires...sick nice, sad the pistons and the oil did not match, so after 1 pack i decided to change. BUT i will give those tires more try´s. I think they will have tons of LESS wear then the stock tires...they last app one day of running...

Så i changed back to my other pistons and stock tires, and i were at home again...this car is so dialed that it is sick, it has a slightly understeering (worn out front tires), good grip rear. It takes bumps and so very good, even if it got real hot today and the w of the oil was looser, the car handled GOOD, real good.

Im waiting for the new Factoryteam ball diffs and a new chassi.

My goal this week/end i planning to visit the Weedglade Raceway track in AROS(Vasteras) they have a new built BIG astro track here is a link to the track/movie, Hit me

Man va rätt spänd på o se hur bilen uppförde sig med de nya däcken o kolvarna. Beträffande däcken hade ja välla inga enorma förväntningar, iom att ja redan visste på känn att dom kommer o ge ett djävulskt grepp. Kolvarna döremot, inget alls, för de första hittade ja inte identiska som ja kör i vanliga fall, så borrningen vart anorlunda. Sagt o gjort, ja tog med mig allt o mina barn, vi hade en mysig frulle på banan i solen, o sen vare taim. Styrningen va hel rätt, sjukt trevlig, dock va greppet för högt, o bilen vart stirrig...ja hade ingen lust o börja klippa nabbar o så, så ja snajdade om till orginaldäcken som för övrigt funkar SJUKT fint, dock slits de för fort för att i långa loppet vara hållbart.Ja gick tebaka till andra kolvarna o dess olja 15/30. Nu va man hemma igen, asså ja blir bara mer o mer imponerad av bilen!. 6 ackar vart det.

Nu väntar ja på Factoryteam kuldiffar,remmar,spur o nytt chassi. Det nuvarande hålet för o kolla drevspelet e under all kritik, o ja skämms...där kommer det borras o få en fin "plast plupp", som man kan ta bort o kolla. Remspännaren, har ja åxå best , men den nuvarande får fortsätta iom att den funkar =).

Nästa steg är att åka upp till pojkarna på Weedglade Raceway i Västerås.. Film från deras bana HÄR

Se om ja har tid, Tisdag är det planerat för träning, sen Torsdag hämta stolar hos min mor...fundrar på ne 1/10 truck faktiskt...

Associated RC18B2 - Astroturf tires

Picked up a few sets with DOT3 tires from the optionmaker TOPCAD..those tires look like Losi step pin, but feels when ya cut in them, and feels like Schumachers mini spikes/pin tires..See if i have the time to tryém this weekend..

Fick hem några par DOT3 däck från option tillverkaren TOPCAD i går..däcken känns helrätt o när man klipper idom så far tankrna DIREKT till schumachers astro däck för 1/10 bilar...ja fick dela på dom fram o vulka ihop dom igen, klippte yttersta raden fra, sneklippte nästa o tog vart annat på insidan...får se hure går ...

RC18B2 - do i like it?

It is hard to NOT like the Associated RC18B2...this 2 belt driven car is the best i ever tried...i wish my big 10th scale buggy felt like this ;)...this car have tons of grip, and takes the bumps real good...I have now app 20 packs with this car , and there is only one word!. Best there is.

Today i changed my Futaba 3155 to the much smaller, but better spec Futaba 3156..

Hehe, ja de e svårt o finna ord egentligen, för så bra anser jag att bilen är...20 ackar med en snitttid på 10 minuter på i hårt tempo, bör sätta sina spår, men drivlinan e NY, slippern e gudomlig. Jag har haft i 30k olja i diffen fram en liten skvätt, trot eller ej, men de mesta är faktiskt kvar...bak 10k.

Jag har juh dock utrustat min bil med lite extra godis som ja anser bör finnas med, både estetiskt o funktionellt...ta bara Exoteks kolfibertorn...dom är vackra, men åxå funktionella, då de har en annan hålbild, påverkar bilens egenskaper. MIP CVD har ja monterat, Factoryteam Titanium turnbuckle kit åxå....

Jag har beställt ett nytt chassi,som ja skal fixa iordning lite bättre än de ja har nu, ta bara luckan för o kolla drevspelet..på nuvarande ere haffsigt, nya blir snygggt me en fin gummiplupp som skydd..

First ever test with the new AE RC18B2

What a car!!...i have done app 10-12 packs with this car today, and it is a blast...so good, that i have not tried anything like it erlier..It handles like a dream in the air, and is dialed on the track, soaking up bumps good, and the setup that i have found is good to. Small miss that i did when i built the rear diff, so it broke avter 4 packs..but that is fixed now. Next thing is to let my friend CNC the pinions that i have..

Cant wait to next time...

Vilken bil...utan tvekan den bästa ja kört..o det e efter 12 ackar...damn va trevlig, sjukt fint i luften, slipper o allt, de baara e för härligt..Ett missöde me bakdiffen, men detta berodde på slarv, men kunde laga de på plats tack till Johannes för tips o hjälp.

First race is over...and i must say, it was real fun, had some bad luck in Q2 and A main 2...but i finished 6th i am not happy, but it is ok.

Första rejset över, o ja kan säga, de va kul. Dock så hade ja slarv med i bilden, vet inte varför?...som regel brukar ja allti kolla av sylarna, 2 drivaxel pinnar satte stopp för min framfart.

I da har ja kommit fram te Örebro...i morgon ere premiär för mig, årets första rejs..Sommarcupen. Min huvudklass e givetvis 4wd, det äre den klass ja brinner mest för, o därför spenderar många timmar på att köra 1/18 på vintrarna..se om de gett nått :D..

Yes, i have not so much to tell...still waiting for the RC18B2. Got some stuff going from the states for this car...would be real nice to have it done for the first race to show off.

Summer-cup 8/5 - 2010..

Only 6 days left..Waiting for GHEA Pistons, Blue,red and orange...I did find the 2008 setup, and the only change from that is Lipo...think il have to go from 30/40 to 27.5/37.5w...time will tell...recived the Holshots, and hope my new Internal springs will be here in time.

There is not much to do with the car, the diffs are ok,Speedo and motor are just fine.

Today my son have football on he´s agenda, about 10 a klock

Ja, de e inte mycket till updatering...6 dagar kvar till årets första rejs...hitils 20 startande i 4wd klassen, den klass ja skall köra. Jag väntar på GHEA kolvar från everodrc.se o hoppas de kommer i dagarna nu.( typ 3e upsättningen ja köper :D...dom e svarta o omärkta, trist)

Väntar på internalsprings o annat gotti från Staterna blandannat delar till nya RC18B2 bilen, vilken ja hoppas,hoppas ja får nu i dagarna. Vore super skoj o ta med den til Örebro o visa upp...hur framtidens nya 1/18 skall se ut ;)

SNart ere premiär för Linus o hans fotboll kl 10 är det kickoff...sen efter det bär det iväg mot stanf för kort jobb...
