Sad this is...so long time between my posts..I hope i got you here, cuz i have not forgot the blog and my visitors...

I did a run last Thursday,and the truck working real good, i want to get a new sensor motor, but not sure..kind of like the truck how it is...but it could be more sensitive. The grip was awsome, and truck real fast, i will mount my transponder in this truck now, to see my times...

Been a good week with my loved kids, sad they will be with their mother now for a week..

Today, i will just chill, and wait for Thursdays practice session

Ok, so i have done 3 session with the truck...and i must say, from the start, it has been only better, but yesterday it got worse..it got real bad actually, to be honest i was unsecured of the capability of the truck, maybe it did not fit me and my D-style ?....

1st Session was app 4 packs, and it was ace, i had it box stock, but 3k rear diff and 20k front diff...
Rear shocks 30w AE and 35w in the front (AE)..good grip, tons of steering, but very SOFT..

2nd Session i got the Swaybars, springs and so on...it went better...and still no need for tire sauce

Yesterday and the 3rd session, the track was awsome, and difficult..the truck was slippery in the rear, and i tested amost everything...so after 4-5h i was so close to throw in the towel..but my Clubmate, Nillman, helped me and told me again, you must use Tire sauce..(with this kind of tire it is no NEED for that with the 2wd SC cars...) ok, il do it, i rebuild the truck to stock setup, and monted the Yellow hard sways, and did some traction compound ..damn, i was reborn !! the car is insane!!...thank god for that!!

Well, there is no time for timing..that car will be on hold for a while..since i have started out my new life, with strict diet and so on, there is not much time for racing, just small amount of practice. The last fe meetings at the club i have been driving the 2wd car of mine, the PhatBODIES Chunk..i have my Carisma with a rare Tp-Parts chassi on sale, for just under 300GBP race ready ecept Rx and Tx....some new Projects will come up

So finaly this car is to 98 % done...hingepins for the front and rear ends will be threaded and fixed later, and a lid...thats it, everything else is done.. It have been fun,hard and sometimes impossible, but somehow i managed to solve most of the problem. A major BIG thank you to Simone Osbourne @ PhatBODIES who gave me the strength and tip to make my own "Thud in Swedish" =), and all other guys to for follow me.. Had some time over...starting to fix the motor mount,and place for the ESC...its taking shape actually. Some small dremeling and we have a go.

So, finaly i had som chance to test some of the parts...the Schumi, will be a good one, but little to tricky,sanding,dremleing and so on..since my car have a longer distance between the arm mounts, i can actually use my stock TC arms :D...thats a good thing...so little job now..

Hi guys, sorry, but there have not been anything new on this one, besides i received my ESC yesterday.

I will run the HW Ezrun system a 25A, with LP zink, and USB programmable box.

Belts will be here next week, il be preorder all "thud-arm/steering" parts next week..can be fun to have them here...i hope the car will work, the only thing that i am worried about is the length of the belt...i wanted 124, i got 128...i have to see

Between all practice and racing with my mighty Carisma GT14B i will start building/modifying and fabricating my (not new car) custom car. This is only a Project, to relax this winter between all practice.

The man who inspired me is the body,lid guru Si at PhatBODIES he have done a car called Thud, that is a masterpiece, since the day he released some pics on that car i was sold..

This project will take some time and i will not rush it just to get it out on track..Some obstacle will be a hard nut to crack...

*Slipper or no Slipper
*Shorter front belt (i have ordered some custom belts for a earlier project,so this will be done, but costy
*front and rear tower? measurements are important
*Kickup or front axlemount that will give more "kickup" see how il solve this one

Hehe, il be dedicating this post to all you that follows me, or watch,look and so on.

It is fun, but i am ill and are home from work a few days, and this will give me some time to think.

I will be thinking of my hobby, i love it, i hate it, i want to run my cars all the time, i do not want to see them at all...i been doing this since 1982 (been telling this in earlier posts) . But today i do live alone, and have my loved kids one week (and one week with their mother)..they take all my time, when they are here, and when they aren't i want to chill, and do some small amount of rc-racing...

Still my plans are to visit the SMC in Halmstad, but only with almost one eye, that will not happen. The race-moment is not the most impotent for me anymore..that was mostly with 1/10th cars, to get my license...i achieved that, and have done what i wanted...il be running some small race in the future..and have fun

Swe race report UKMicroX 2011

Dag 1,Träning och kval...en stadig frukost på Hilton hotel som förövrigt e nytt. Vi samåker jag o Björne med Team Carisma HongKong Ivan och Billy. Nervositeten kommer, packar upp osätter ackar på laddning. Craig Harris,som är fabriksförare för Carisma Racing är givetvis representerade. Banan är helt superb, en lång raka mega wall-ride it long-ride..stooort platå, stepon, grymma sectioner allt kombinerat med , matta, polerat trägolv, masonit, plyfa...vi vart rekomendrade o skippa Novak 8.5 motorerna till 10.5...men jag gillar mycket pulver o allt sitter i handen..däck o setup för första träni g slutade med att ja kör Schumacher White rallyBlocks.

Concour delegance börjar innan tröningen o det finns en del mästerverk, men av alla bilar så roppar dom mitt namn, trodde dom drev med mig men icke :)

8 kval round by round

Träning ett, kör bilen som ja kör den i Swe, björne lika så. Efter träning 2 har greppet byggts upp o ja bygger om dämparna, yttre bärarmar bak, 2mm limiters fram...gjorde underverk. Träning 3 va bra, lite misstag men banan e svår me feldoserade chikaner gryyyyymt. Craig Harris o Phil Sleigh är sjukt snabba.

Kval 1 så nervös att ja har svårt o hålla i radion vilket e enormt jobbigt o hämmar mig med jämna mellanrum. Björnes körning imponerar mig enormt, har varit borta i typ 7 år o klarar sig mer ön väl.. Lite hård slipper resulterade i 2 temps men det e löst.

Ja startar som 8 man av 9 o kommer iväg bra, får in flytet tyvärr hoppar ja lite lå gt vid 2 tillfällen o kommer ut i dammet o de. Snurrar men annars nöjd som 17 efter första kvalet hamna jag 3a ,ligger ja totalt 5a...dom e snabba men inte alls omöjliga...

Kval2 ...va skall man söga, allt va bortblåst..ja gjorde massor av misstag, och fick aldrig in rytmen, stressad så gasade jag på mig flera ggr...allt är mitt eget fel. Bilen går riktigt bra men jag har idet ör ingen ursäkt att åka till ett enormt stort race o köra o tro att man kan Prestera bra e nonsens, man måste hålla sig uppdaterad träna regelbundet..nu skall vi åxå påpeka att det enda UK killarna gör är att köra dessa bilar Craig Harris e i en annan liga. Samma med Phil, danny conway osv...asså ja tycker detta e kul o jag tvivlar i te på mi. Kapacitet, den fi ns men i te nu...bara träna...fortfarande fruktansvärt nervös något som hämmar mig då ja har svårt o gasa mjukt....

Kval3 mja berydligr bättre vart vänd på fel sida av banmarkering o åka över va ingen tsnke för de va slutet på rakan med massa trafik..sen vare bara nån enstaka miss men felvändningen kostade mig tid...annars e ja nöjdslutade 7. Totalt 10a

Kval 4, komer iväg bra får in flytet, men är ofokuserad o missar wallriden 4 ggr...det kostar alt o ja får verkligen brottas för att komma in i flytet kör upp migtill en 7 plats i Q4 v

1Träning o vill bara ha testat minipin o dom är kassa.in idepån o testar White Rb o det e en stor skillnad, kör klart träningen. Byter dåmpare runt om till 25/30w AE olja

Q5 , kommer iväg bra, får upp flytet kommer in i banan mer o mer, fortfarande fruktansvärt nervös o det e så störande för flera tillfällen missar ja trotteln vid apex osv...wallriden e fortfarande min stora ackilles, samt stepon-feldoserade chikanen...men iövrigt gick det mycket bättre..bumpade upp till 11 från 13, hoppas mina däck pallar

Q6 kommer inte ihåg men samma plats 11
Q7 testar Gula rallyblocks går ned i piniong från 11--->10t o hela bilen känns mer konsikvent. Satte nytt snabbaste personligen, o bättre average...

Q8. Innan denna final gör jag en enorm ändring , tips from Craig Harris mindre antisquat mer kickup ifronten, hela bilen är totalt ny o vågar pressa den enormt...slutade 6a o totalt 11. Bq starrar 1a i B Final o visst hade ja varit extra glad om ja klarade A-finalen..jag skyller inte på något, allt är mitt eget misstag..det roliga e att bilen e så mycket böttre än man tror, sista tipset som förändrar AS o kickuoen fram gjirde mer än underverk, men men...över det hela e ja nöjd med kvalen o dessa ör cremm della cremm av micro racers i UK..världsklass o snabba...en ära att bara få köra med dom.

B-final startade relativt sent, sedvanlig presentation. Nervös men inte på samma sätt som alla 8 kval...sista kvalet gav mig mer självförtroende o efter att ha ställt mig som första person på föraratällning så släpte nervositeten mer o mer..30 seconds to start gentlemen...10 sec...pip...pip osov....sen går starten o ja behåller lugnet står ca en meter från mega wallriden o är uppe först folket kommer som raketer o en krash...ja blir tyvärr indragen o kommer ut som 2a...jagar i ett lugnt tempo o har knappa sekunden upp till 1an...som på varv 2 gör en en miss o lägger sig på tak ja går förbi o håller sedan första platsen hela vägen, inga misstag o vinner med nästan 4 sekunder. Man kan som vanligt säga om, tiden jag presterade totalt i finalen 21 varv hade räkt till en topp 6 placerkng

Yes, this is the Q i have been asking me and others...some say, they cant see the whole idea with a cage on a rc-car, some other say it is way to heavy...

I bought the Proline Chevy-80 Blazer lid, for a Maxx2.5 and it will fit ok actually. BUT for how long will it last?

If im gonna buy a cage, there is 2 options, the third one is not..

So the cage that can be bought are the VG-Racings for app 80 dollars or the RC4WD´s one for beefy 150 dollars...

got my hands on a xErun - Hobbywing 150A - 2000 system, sensorbased one..i hope it will be better, since the MambaMaxMonster system is so nonsensitive ...and deliver huge amount of power on a small radius on trottle...hard to adjust the car in the air..maybe it´s just my ESC that haveing some issues..

As i said, here they are..and the car is dirty,and well used...Diffs look brand new!! after i have only run 4-6s Lipo since it was new...diffs still filled..

Yes..after last session, i destroyed last of my 12mm HEX Wheels, i wil do the aceton bath for them, and reuse my sweet badlands..same for the MOABs...

But the reason for this post is, i will transform my "Stamepde XL" to a MonsterSlash..

Friday i recived some stuff to convert my regular beast, the Traxxas Stampede 4x4 to a "XL"...now what is that?...just a regular Slash 4x4 chassi...but im using the RPM Revolver crawler wide offset so the look are ace...on that i dismounted my SCT MMP 2400 system for the BEASTY MMM castle/neu 2200 system..car using 4s..and is a SCREAMER!!! way far scary then the old system... :D....

Yes!! and No!!..finaly my 40 series arrived and i tested them...good grip on acc forward, no sidetraction...real bad..and the weight!!, they are REAL heavy and stresses the car and motor to much..they looking real mean, but for me they are useless....i will put them away for a new project that i will build this winter...
