Xray M18T | Wingmount tutorial
USA/UK
Wings...and we have flaps...since me and my son running the Trucks we do not want the silly flaps in the rear, we want more "truggy-look". One option is the AE RC18B wingmount..but with only one hole per mount, this requires zipties etc..and we do not want that on our cars :)
This is a small tutorial how i made a descent mount from 1/10th stuff that i had home, you can do it real easy to.
Parts.
1st "plastic pice" im using a wall of a cookie box
4st 4/40 app 15 long and countersunk
4st washers for above screw
2st Losi XX/XXX4 wingmount Art number LOSA4221
The car.
Ad the plastic part behind tower, and paint besides the tower edges
Just cut after the mark...
Mark hole, green arrows..
I used my dremel to get holes for screws..
Mounted..
Done
